Our products are made to order. Please review the policy below before contacting support.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Include your order information, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the entire item and the issue.
Wrong item received
If the item you received does not match your order, contact us within 30 days with your order information and photos so we can review it.
Size selection and change of mind
Because each product is made to order, we do not automatically accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or a change of mind.
Before sending anything back
Do not mail an item to Printful or Freedom Banger without contacting us first. We will review the request and provide the appropriate next steps.
